We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The staff was friendly & helpful. I could see the Castle from my balcony & the bed was comfortable. I loved the brunch. The chef served fresh eggs & pancakes daily. The pool was fantastic & there was live entertaining every night. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Lloret de Mar.

Nice located hotel with nice view dont get me wrong. On the cleanliness side it was more then terrible. We change room 15 minutes after we check in because our room smell terrible. It was smelling like mold. (See attached pictures if possible) The hallway to go at your room if very unclean. Its unfortunate because the pool and view from dining area is amazing. If you are sensitive to clean places DO NOT GO THERE!

However- the rooms are a completely different story! Small, dark and full of moisture! It’s a shame that a really nice property like this doesn’t have matching rooms to the overall feel!

The hotel common facilities are really beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Be aware that 95% of the room pictures they use are from their special rooms (not standard room). Cleaning was disappointing - dust in the AC and the balcony was so dirty that was impossible to use.

Older but nice hotel with top location

Nice location but parking costs 15 euro. However , even so, next day my car was covered in 3mm thick dust from the hotel construction work, I just asked if this is normal and the guy at the reception said kind of yes… I should check with the lady next day which I didn’t want anymore. The toilet button didn’t work properly… but actually the hotel is beautiful and stylish ,staff was nice and breakfast buffet very good.
