Everything about our stay was great, our room was spotless with a great view of the shard. The musical theme decor was brilliant. Breakfast was really good, I’m gluten free, bread and rolls available with a separate toaster for GF bread.

The check in process could have been better, the people at the desk couldn't find our booking and were quite dismissive - they could have been more helpful as there was nothing wrong with our booking. Hotels.com were helpful but the hotel staff weren't.
