Wonderful quick overnight stay! We were in town for an appointment at Stanford and needed the room for just the night. Check in was easy, FAST, and friendly! Room was SUPER cleaned & sanitized. There were even little juices and pastries. Bathroom was super clean too. I would definitely recommend. Also, if you stay here, you HAVE to eat at Honbee’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Staff was great, very friendly. Room was clean. Only concern was the noise from the toilet after flush that lasted most of the time all night.

Not fancy, but comfortable, clean, nice room amenities (microwave, small fridge, direct tv, bottled water, juice, coffee/decaf, etc.) and very nice, efficient staff. Happy there.

This was our first stay here. Being a Stanford patient sometimes hotels can be so expensive in Palo Alto. Well now we have found a new hotel we will be staying at. This one!! Staff was super nice, welcoming, informative. Thank you for a nice stay.

I've been taking my son to the Children's Hospital, and I've been really impressed with the experience. They often have wonderful deals, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. What touched me the most was when we arrived; the first thing one of the staff members asked was how my day was. It really made me feel supported during a challenging time.

Great little find & Price.

Great lil find! We came down for my GDs Dr. appointment @ Stanford, very close to hospital a couple miles & reasonably priced. Room was clean , comfortable & property was quiet. There were a couple waters, juices & pastries in the room. Check-in was easy , staff & Housekeeping were super friendly. We will definitely stay here for future Dr. Appointments. Thank you .

My rating

Its was okay. Bed was uncomfortable but other than that it was good. And the towels looked clean

8/10 Very good

Very clean comfortable room and the room did not have that strong disinfected odor. The light on the desk just stopped working and the toilet did not refill automatically. I had to open the tank and get it started a number of times.

So-so…..

The staff is amazing and super friendly. We got a room with a queen size bed…and the bed took up almost the whole room. It was a very TINY room. Like hard to move around tiny. The bed was very comfortable. The tv we never got to work. The bathroom is small but the shower was amazing! Had great water pressure in the shower…was awesome! There were no hangers in the closet, we had an ironing board but no iron and the bedding had quite the stain on the cover. The bathtub had dust on the rim. We didn’t complain because our room was cheap. We were in town for a medical appt and literally just needed the room to sleep in. But I will not go this budget ever again. Our room was right off the major portion of the parking lot and it was very loud out there. Finally got some sleep around 2 am. Just know you’re truly getting what you pay for. If you’re ok with that, then this is the place for you. Oh, the heater worked great.

Liked the service. What they call breakfast is a small piece of cake and coffee. this is disclosed in the boking - but at the price they could offer a better breakfast. The staff is very good. there wasn't a shower cap - I don't know if they would have provided one had I asked. All in all the room served our needs well and the only small detail about room presentation was that the inner door jamb of the pathroom was black on the bottom. I made the mistake of getting the reservation through expedia. Hotel told me exxpedia takes 25% of my paymnet. that made the room too expensive for the amenities offered but wasn't the htaels fault - so I wold suggest call the hotel directly to book. You can expect a pleasant stay that in fairly frice if you do that

Good place to stay. Convenient location. Kevin and his wife do a very good job managing the property.
