The staff was very friendly and made check in easy. I did have a beach view; it was over the pool on the 3rd floor. I would have liked to be higher up. The room was clean It did have too much caulking in the seams of the shower; I would just replace it.

Beach view was a little obstructed. We booked for a waterpark but only had a little indoor pool that was filthy and over chlorinated to the point it burned my eyes and throat just being in the room. They were not upfront that the outdoor waterpark was closed or when it opens for the season. The room was average. Bed was comfortable. Pricing was fair for the cafe and restaurants in the hotel. Having breakfast included would have been a plus.

The bathrooms had a little cleaning opportunities and the mattresses were worn, which made a rough nights sleep. As for the Resort itself, it was great. Things to do with the kids at the Resort. Stores for shopping near by. Close to great restaurants. The staff was beyond amazing. Great price for a weekend trip. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in one of their villas, it was a decent sized room for a family of 5. However, the floor was disgustingly filthy, had to walk around with shoes on at all times because you could feel how dirty the floor was, several bags of ours have black stuff all over them from being just sat on the floor, there was leftover cilantro on the microwave from previous people, the AC didn’t work for a whole day and when I mentioned it to the front desk they sent someone in to look at it but he stated it was on heat and walked out when in fact it wasn’t on heat, and was set on cool since we got there and when I showed him a picture I had taken of the thermostat being on cool before I walked down to the office he brushed me off, but it would not go below 76 despite being but on 69. Overall not a good experience.
