Ac was broken. No other rooms available. No maintenance on call or on the grounds. Front desk attendant was extremely rude and we had to clean the air filters ourselves. My son has asthma and we were forced to sleep in a hot and muggy room all night and paid full price. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. This time was very different. There were no managers on any of the shifts and no way to get out of our stay due to all other hotels being booked that night. We won’t go back due to the lack of staff and the quality of the room
