The Princes Square Hotel, London

Location, condition all decent. Front desk staff helpful. But...room is very small and breakfast was a mess—no communication about how to order food. Staff didn’t speak English so there needed to be some written instructions.

Clean, central, comfortable beds, good breakfast. A simple accommodation that provides all the essentials.

The front desk staff was very helpful, the entire hotel was very clean. The only problem was noise - I am not particularly sensitive to it and had to get up early anyway, but if you are prone to being disturbed you will: hear the upstairs neighbours making the floorboards under the carpet creak, the tv from the next room and the (albeit very few) cars passing outside. But overall very good quality and service for the price.

Excellent position in London. Room close to the elevator, continuous noise at all hours of the day and night. Manager ready to change our room, but in the first pkace.... why were we assigned to that unfortunate place ?
