We had a lovely lovely stay here. Things I loved about staying here: - bottle of water and hot towel on arrival (I had flown in) - a welcome every time we arrived back - the best gym in a hotel ever - a turn down service! The only down side for me is the area around the hotel is pretty run down / grotty. I would not want to stay here on my own because of that.

We really enjoyed our weekend staycation here. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and spacious and gorgeous bathrooms! and a very convenient location for exploring in the square mile. Close to Liverpool St station, spitalfields, lots of restaurants and coffee shopw. Great location, we would love to go back! :)

Cannot recommend Pan-Pacific high enough, from the moment we walked through the door to check in the service, attention to detail was exceptional, quality of the rooms is excellent, as are the views. Must stay
