Excellent stay at a great manor-style hotel! the personnel are very great and will do anything to improve your stay. In particular, the English breakfast was simply exceptional, with possibility to tailor-it to your preferences! The parking, while tight, was very useful after a day of travelling. Excellent bathroom and comfortable beds. No Air Conditioning but even if we were on hot summer days, we slept well by using the ventilator and opening slightly the window. Cheltenham is well paced to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Bath or day trips to Birmingham or London. We strongly recommend this hotel!

We visited Cheltenham with our 18 month old to go to a wedding. The building is a beautiful period property but there isn’t a lift, so request a 1st floor room if you have a lot of luggage! Room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the park.

A fantastic family run hotel in central Cheltenham that's very conveniently located for the town centre and surrounding Cotswold countryside.

10/10 Exceptional

Parking was easy, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Hotel decor was in keeping with the age of the property. Attention to detail could have been greater. Toiletries were missing and there were no hand towels. More teabags would have been useful.. More information about facilities would have been helpful-we were both unaware that we could have had drinks on the terrace.
