The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!

The room was clean but dated,oddly shaped and very small. Room safe was extremely small. Very convenient to public transportation and restaurants, and shops. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Fine for a short stay.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et mériterai quelques travaux surtout dans la salle de bain. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. Propre dans son ensemble mais dans la salle de bain : des traces de moisissures étaient présentes. Attention au parking annoncé : c’est un micro parking de 3 places à raison de 25€/jour. La personne qui nous a reçu pour le Check out était peu aimable également

Breakfast preparing facilities need to be proper.

The hotel claimed to provide an English breakfast for £20 however this was very poor. they don’t use a proper kitchen. The practice rewarming pre-boiled eggs is very dangerous. I think this was responsible for my food poisoning!!!!

I will be staying again. Staff very welcoming and friendly, day time staff and night shift. I had a room at rear of hotel facing garden. It was so quiet that I could hardly hear the large music event in the park close by. Really enjoyed my room with comfortable bed and sheets, towels etc kindly refreshed everyday. One item I would like is a set of drawers for clothes, other than that perfect and really look forward to my next visit.

Außen toll, innen eher nicht.

Wir hatten ein Plus-Zimmer bestellt, also höherer Preis und mehr Platz. Allerdings waren Zimmer und Bad schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der verstaubte Charme der 80er Jahre war zu riechen und nicht zu übersehen: im Bad eine Wanne ohne Haltegriff mit sperrigem zweiflügeligen Spritzschutz, niedrigem Toilettenbecken und Mosaik-Waschtisch, das Bett extrem niedrig, also kein Boxspring-Bett, keine Daunen-Bettdecke, sondern offenbar ein Wollgemisch.Ärgerlich auch die typisch dämmrige Beleuchtung, für die es keinen zentralen Schalter gibt: die Nachttischlampen, die Stehlampe und die Schreibtischlampe müssen separat angeschaltet werden, eine Deckenlampe fehlt. Fazit: Wir kamen mkt großen Erwartungen, wurden aber herb enttäuscht.
