Summary:
This modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment features a private terrace with outdoor setting, reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area, heating in the bedrooms and block-out blinds . Conveniently located on the fringe of Melbourne CBD (Downtown), it’s a short walk to Marvel Stadium, Flagstaff Gardens, the Victoria Markets and Southern Cross Train Station.


The space:
With stylish blonde timber flooring throughout, this light-filled apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen space with wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning. There are 2 plush couches in the living area, complimented by a marble topped coffee table and Apple TV. The kitchen has a white stone-topped breakfast bar with 2 stools, a Smeg under-bench oven, 4-burner electric stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and flows through to a dining setting for 6 people. Block-out blinds on all windows allow you to adjust the light flow, while large glass sliding doors lead from the dining area to the terrace with an outdoor setting for 4 people.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, wall-mounted heating, built-in mirrored wardrobes, and are configured to overlook the terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows that also come with block-out blinds for privacy and light control. The master bedroom also has its own wall-mounted TV and en-suite with large shower recess. The main bathroom features marble tiling, another generous size shower recess and mirrored glass vanity.
For those who need a work space, there’s a long study desk in the hallway which connect the bedroom to the living area. A European style laundry provides a washing machine and separate dryer.

* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
