The hotel is in the perfect location (close to shops, restaurants, the best neighborhoods in London!), it’s lovely with a beautiful lobby, restaurant, and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel are superb! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so attentive to any needs we had, so friendly and welcoming - we miss our home away from home in London & will definitely be back!!
