Great room
Verified review

6/10 Good

Staff were helpful but the amenities offered were below average as the hotel stay was quite pricey. The outside of the hotel was badly managed, garbage strewn all around . The stench of urine was quite evident and no hotel security outside on a nightly basis. Alot of noise outside our room as the walls and windows were not properly insulated. No breakfast included plus not even water bottles in our room. Definitely won’t be returning anytime in the future.

The hotel was amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean beautiful room. Plenty of staff always opening the door and greeting us when coming in and leaving. Loved the complimentary lemon and lime water in lobby and on our floor. Also the area is quiet and beds very comfortable. We will stay again for sure.

A high-end hotel - as indicated by the room quality, the excellent staff, the location, and the decor, among other things - this is hands down my favourite stay in Toronto, and I'm here often.
