A huge shout-out to the staff for top-notch service! We originally booked a queen room, but accidentally got checked into a twin room on the 3rd floor. When we mentioned it, the team was super helpful. They quickly sorted it out and upgraded us to a king-sized room on the 9th floor, plus they threw in free breakfast for our whole stay! The room itself was clean, quiet, and a great size for two people. We loved our stay here and honestly have nothing to complain about.
