Spacious room with plenty of closet and drawer space. Cleaning staff did a great job. Front desk staff were friendly. Snack credit was appreciated. Very convenient location just steps to the Q line. Room could use an additional trash can. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for my family of 5. Rooms were very big and plenty of room for a big family. Great location, short walk to Central Park. Great area, away from all the big crowds and tourists in central Times Square area. Would return in a heartbeat

I was (still am) recovering from surgery and stayed at The Sonesta. The front desk guys and the maids were so kind, helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC for surgery.

6/10 Good

The room was big and clean, and they had a great coffee machine in the lounge. The staff in the lobby provided information when asked but acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. The worst problem was very noisy street construction going on all night long!

It was fair. One night price was ok, 2nd night was outrageous in price so I did not stay! The room needed repairs, the towels were awful! The toilet paper location was unacceptable. The view was awful. I don’t think I would return to this hotel.

This is a hotel we’ve stayed at several times. It is very convenient to train lines and close to restaurants and Cental Park. The kitchen is great if you want to do breakfast in the room and a grocery store is about a block away. Room is large too.
