Close to Union Square and so many other attractions. Also very great location for transportation.

Great hotel. Really comfortable room, all the amenities, and very accommodating staff. They brought champagne and snacks to our room for my birthday.

They clean every two or three days so make sure you ask if you need more frequent or towel changes. Very nice place to stay minus the phone call I received trying to get me to partake in a time share. If they direct you to another counter at check in just don’t go lol. Otherwise it’s centrally located near everything. Clean and tidy. We had a dishwasher and utensils with a fridge in ours and microwave. Comfortable stay !

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and had great amenities. The locker room area was really nice. All the staff were very friendly. The location overall is good. It is downtown so can be sketchy nearby but we would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Pam who gave us a bunch of recommendations for local spots to check out. Rooms were clean and very large. Didn’t get a chance to use the fitness center and/or spa area but it was nice to know it was there. The area nearby is nice in most directions. You can end up in a rough part of town if you aren’t sure of where you’re going, but the other directions have plenty of great food and public spaces.

8/10 Very good

Large room with plenty of space to spread out and a small kitchenette area with small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink. Bathroom was clean and well updated. Really appreciated having filtered water and ice machines on my floor. Hotel was quiet, no disruptions overnight. Bed was comfortable. Overall a great, comfortable experience! The fitness center was quite small. Tons of restaurants around and easily walkable.
