Great location. Surprisingly quiet for an SF hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room had a nice shower and a reading nook. Just beware the super mushy spring coil mattress and enormous, firm pillows. I slept ok, but your mileage may vary. Would stay here again if I was in the city for anything going on near the south end of the Embarcadero.

Location! Location! One block from the water, easy to walk to the ferry building and up and down the waterfront. I stay here quite a bit. The rooms are always immaculate. The beds are comfortable. Our room was very clean and comfortable! Staff were super nice and helpful too, and the location was fabulous. I wish we'd had more time to make full use of amenities like the gym.
