What have just returned from a two nights stay, the hotel was beautiful, it’s not our first visit and won’t be our last, we were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade on both rooms on arrival which was fantastic. The staff could not be more friendly, they did every possible to make sure we had what we needed, the hotel is in a great location close to both the train and bus stations, the hotel was spotless too. We had the best time and will be back soon.

Lovely place, very clean, great staff. Great location too. My only negative would be that the optional breakfast is too expensive

I booked this for a daddy and daughter weekend away and it all went great. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest tube but nothing too strenuous.

8/10 Very good

Very good hotel centrally located near Victoria Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful - our luggage was stored free of charge for a few hours after our check out. There are lots of good restaurants in the area - offering a fine variety of cuisines. Only minus was the breakfast which was a bit dull, filter coffee was not an option and the bread was of regular poor British quality.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean and housekeeping was amazing. The location was great, especially for late night walks. My only complaint would be the lighting in the room is too dull, even when you open the curtain. I definitely would stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, the hotel is nice and the staff is incredible. The hotel is down the street from restaurants and grocery stores. Also down the street from Victoria station and pickup locations for all tour buses. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
