Would not allow early check in. Bed only had sheets on it with blankets on a shelf. Did not offer any daily room cleaning or replenish of items including toilet paper. There was hair in the bathtub. Wyndham should not be affiliated with this place. And all for only $116 a night!
Nice place for the price. Good parking well lit.
Lacked a lot of supplies for the room; coffee, tissues, toilet paper.
TV didn’t work. Rude staff.
Property room has a bad odor, the tv didn’t work, the bed only had a thin sheet, the pillows has stains on them. Won’t be staying again.
We paid for a king, got a full size bed. Place is a bit rubbed down.
It was so BAD we decided to stay somewhere else. Lock in our room didn't work, the bathroom didn't work, the room was absurdly dirty. There were crumbs in the desk and the bathroom was stained everywhere. These standards of cleanliness are not acceptable in a regular basis, and MUCH LESS now with COVID-19. We want our money back, please!
I liked the stay. I didn't like that I was going to book it for a few more days but the manager was clear that he didn't want to accommodate me. He didn't say why he didn't specify the details and be didn't tell me directly
The night stand had not been cleaned. The shower was cramped due to folding seat. Also, there was no place to put the shampoo, conditioner or soap.
Seems they had tried to update with new carpet. They must have run out of carpet because the carpet in my room was pieced together and made the room look bad. Also no elevator to the second floor! That is unheard of in hotels. We will never stay there again!
