We had a lovely stay. Everyone at the front desk was so kind. Hotel was in a good location. Could pick up the street car just down at the corner or you could navigate the hills on foot!

Room was clean and spacious. Very quiet- minimal street noise aside the occasional cable car bell. Great location that is walkable or an easy hop onto public transit. Many good dining options nearby that are walkable. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

10/10 will stay here again. Staff was incredible and treated us wonderfully. Rooms are a bit dated and could use new carpet and furniture. They’ve seen some better days. But lobby is beautiful. No on site parking. Must use the public parking garages nearby which are pricey. Location was perfect for walking around.

8/10 Very good

The hotel itself and the staff was great. The only issue was they were having issues during my stay with no hot water, which was frustrating. It was great that the staff would check in via text to see how things were going, but never communicated that they were having issues - which was frustrating. They did comp my breakfast, which was nice. I would stay here again.. given the hot water issue problem is resolved.

Helpful staff, very nicely decorated room, great location. Cable cars a short walk away. Parking garage down the street. Would stay there again!

6/10 Good

Our room was clean and comfortable. It should be noted that the hotel is not close to the Wharf and if you're driving traversing the streets is difficult. Also. If you have mobility issues there is no on site parking or valet. The parking is three blocks away up and down hills and it's expensive. Plus they put a hold on my credit card for more than twice the cost of the room.

Staff was incredibly communicative and accommodating! I had a $50 deposit/day, and overall, the experience was really great because of the staff.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean room, very nice and helpful staff. We arrived early and were able to keep our luggage at the hotel while sightseeing. Around 2 o'clock we received a text stating our room was ready. The hotel is in a great location. We used public transportation and our feet to get around. Would definitely stay there again.
