When we went to check in the lady that was working that evening ( don't know her name ) went above and beyond for us due to a check in issue with there computer not showing my name . The hotel was nice and clean. Overall I was happy. Would have given it 5 stars and a perfect review but I requested a rollaway bed. I was approved for it and received the confirmation for it but never received it. I called the front desk the day we arrived and she said she’d call me back and never did so I called again and was told we can’t have one for the night that we get it for the next night then never heard from anyone again. Pretty frustrating especially for the lack of communication. Outside of that, the hotel and staff were great.
