Convenient location and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

8/10 Very good

Room was small on the fourth floor. Staff were friendly and helpful, in a good location

8/10 Very good

The hotel is located on the south side of the square a few minutes walk from Earl's Court station. Our double room was comfortable and a reasonable size with a well equipped shower room. The only niggle is that the movement-sensitive light in the shower room goes off while you are in the shower.

6/10 Good

Good, basic, no frills, relatively quiet. Helpful staff. Not fancy. Air con in room worked. Not great for Business traveller (no iron/ironing board in room)

6/10 Good

Staff was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Good location. I booked it for my parents who don’t speak English as they were just visiting from Spain, However they couldn’t explain the shower wasn’t working properly and the alarm went off at 2:00 am in the morning, waking everyone up and interrupting a good night sleep which was needed after a very busy day. The floors were very noise And crackling, they could hear everyone from upstairs. Loved the staff but would not stay again.

The room was very clean. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Tea and coffee supplies were sufficient. Didn’t have breakfast on this trip but have done so in the past and it is a good continental style. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

All the staff were fantastic. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were lovely, and the hotel is only a few minutes from Earl's Court underground station, so easy to get where we wanted to go. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but that was the only concern.
