A Superb Stay, highly recommended! What a fantastic hotel and an equally wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Green Park Station, followed by a lovely short stroll through the park to reach the hotel. From the moment you arrive, you’re warmly welcomed by the friendly doormen, setting the tone for the rest of your stay. The rooms are beautifully presented, with high quality furnishings and a real attention to detail. One particularly lovely touch is the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. At a time when many hotels don’t even provide bottled water, this was a refreshing surprise and a great example of going the extra mile for guests. I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. A superb night’s stay, excellent hospitality and those thoughtful little extras that make all the difference. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

4/5 ⭐️ The location is definitely the highlight of The Mayfair Townhouse! We absolutely love the Mayfair area—it’s such a great part of London with fantastic restaurants, shopping, and plenty to explore within walking distance. The hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were very spacious, which was a nice surprise, and the restaurant and bar were great. The cocktails were fabulous! 🍸 The staff was nice and pleasant, although they didn’t necessarily go out of their way the way some of the other hotels did during our trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the location was definitely my favorite part of the hotel. If you want to stay in Mayfair and be close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer, this is a great option.

Superb location, quiet room at the rear of the hotel on the first floor. Definitely not a 5-star hotel when compared to other properties nearby. The service is more middle-class (when having to use WhatsApp to make a request). No information given at Front Desk upon arrival, and the Information page on the TV in-room is exceptionally limited. Disappointed for the Service aspect (except the younger Doorman), but not totally let-down because of the convenient location, quiet room (away from the lifts) and cleanliness. Didn't bother eating or drinking at the hotel as there is so much choice around the area and beyond.
