Our stay was unforgettable due to the excellent and amazing manager and staff! The day before our stay, I talked to the manger about our redeye flight to NYC, our early arrival, and our need to check-in early at your hotel. He said the hotel was fully booked the next day, but he would leave a note for check-in staff regarding our request. We arrived at the hotel around 9am and asked Joycelyn about checking in early. She said she didn't have any room available then and asked me to check back with her at 10:30. When I did, she said the room was almost ready and would let me know when it was. She did and by 11am we were in our room. Words aren't enough to express our great appreciation to you and her for accommodating us! We hardly slept during the flight, so getting to our room early was very helpful and allowed us to get much-needed rest!
The room itself was very clean and nice! It has all essentials that made us feel very comfortable. The bathroom was very slick and functional. All that said, I do have a couple of comments. First, the thermostat reading may be wrong. When we first entered the room, the reading was 70. I turned it up to 72 and it still felt cold. I raised the temp again to 74, same result. Finally, I cranked it up to 75 and the heat came on. When it started feeling too warm, I turned off the thermostat. Since we were staying for only a day, I didn't bother calling the front desk about it. I would have if we were staying longer. Best experince!
