Clean and beautiful room. In a nice residential neighborhood. Concierge Daniel was most helpful and hospitable and gave us a tour of the hotel regarding a bit of history and its artwork. Also, we enjoyed the Cadogan Garden tour provided by Daniel also. He made our stay pleasurable. We also liked the big bowl of fruit and plenty of bottled water in the room.

We recently were married at the Chelsea Town Hall, and decided to treat ourselves to a two night stay at the Cadogan just before and after our day. How glad we are that we decided to do that. Words cannot express how special our experience was. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we had a flawless experience. Every single detail was carefully considered, and we were made to feel so cared for throughout the entirety of our stay. It's an experience that will stay with us forever, and we're so grateful to the entire team for ensuring that our wedding weekend felt truly special! The room we had the fortune of staying in was beyond luxurious, and it was always spotless. We also cannot recommend the food & cocktail menu highly enough, everything we ate and drank was sensational. Personal, timeless, classy, elegant and exceptional place for a special occasion.

Great hotel…enjoyed my stay there. Premium location if you want to be close to everything yet you desire for quietness at your hotel. One small complaint; I came back to the hotel at 9:30pm one night for a late dinner but restaurant was closed yet the staff said I could go to my room to order room service?

This is a very personal hotel with exceptional service in a wonderful location close to the best stores and great cafes. Hotel restaurants were excellent. Room and bathroom were gorgeous, with the highest quality amenities and fixtures. Everyone was highly accommodating and proactive in assuring that we were comfortable. Having the key to the Cadogan Garden across the street was a huge bonus and a peaceful escape from the busy city. We have stayed in Belmond hotels around the world and have always been so pleased. The Cadogan was just wonderful and whenever we are in London again, it will be where we stay again. Our sincere thanks to everyone for making our stay such a lovely experience.

Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.

A pleasant stay in London

I often stay at the Cadogan and would say it is one my favourite places to stay in London- would highly recommend. The service is second to none, all staff very helpful and always anticipate our needs.
