Nothing was too much trouble from the staff at the hotel. The location was fantastic , a short walk to Trafalgar Square and other landmarks. We were given some toiletries as they are located on each floor and a water station was also available with ice as well. Room was lovely and air conditioning was ok but could have been cooler ( although it was very very hot day/ night) Would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

Quiet room, comfy bed, liked the kitchenette. Opted out for breakfast and bought cereal etc. In the room. Location was amazing, right at Trafalgar Square and walking distance both west and east attractions and embankment tube station less than 5 minutes away. Lots of good food options and pubs within a few minutes walk. Did not visit hotel restaurant or lounge room so can’t comment on them. Carpet in room was shedding a lot. We enjoyed our time and would book again.
