A neat little luxury hotel that's almost hidden on a little side street in downtown London. We stayed in the Westminster Suite and it was absolutely beautiful with a large balcony and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the few needs of ours. We had one romantic night's stay here before moving on to the English country for the rest of our vacation. I would go back, certainly for a longer stay next time so that I can explore more of London and enjoy more of this charming hotel.

Hotel is in Victorian building, which was renovated and upgraded to modern-day amenities, including personal Wi-Fi in a room, digital infotainment monitor and excellent air conditioning. Staff is going extra mile to please you, open to accommodate any of your requests. Breakfast is good quality but on expensive side, which is expected in a 5-star hotel. Location is great: walking distance to major attractions and 5-minutes walk to the "Tube". Stay is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Wonderful stay in the heart of St James’s. The room was elegant, comfortable and very well maintained. The bed was excellent and the bathroom was beautifully finished with high quality toiletries and amenities. Breakfast was also five-star quality, with excellent service and a great selection of food. Every detail felt premium, from the room facilities to the little touches such as the stationery and in-room amenities. The location is superb, within walking distance of Mayfair, Green Park and many of London’s best restaurants. This was a perfect solo staycation and I would happily return.
