All staff fantastic and polite - minor things like saying hello in the corridor and offering cups of tea. Nice spa. Will return.

A fabulous experience with the most friendly staff. Perfectly sister to walk to Bond Street, Buckingham Palace or even Harrods and Harvey Nicks. I’ll definitely stay there again.

6/10 Good

Second time staying at this hotel. Our room was ready early in time for our arrival which was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. However, service in the restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch, was truly awful and ruined our experience. We won't stay again as there are better hotels in the immediate area.
