The staff was so friendly and attentive without being bothersome. The concierge staff was very knowledgeable and ready to offer their expertise when asked! The room was well appointed and the port delicious. In fact I enjoyed my port on the 3rd floor terrace, view was beautiful!

This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. The hotel itself was so charming and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and always very sweet and welcoming ready to assist at all times. The garden is absolutely beautiful and great for a coffee break or breakfast. They also always have coffee/tea and AMAZING pastries like pastel de nata that are included with the stay.
