10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel, good location, and very friendly staff. However, there were a couple of downsides: the bathroom only had a curtain instead of a proper door, which lacked privacy, and the blankets were too thin.

Great location, friendly staff, room spacious and comfortable bed. Overall the hotel is great but starts to look a bit tired. Needs some upgrades

Like the hotel a lot. The lobby is a bit dated but the rooms are fine for a few nights and the beds are super comfortably. Madhaters Tea is nice and the the back patio is relaxing and a nice vibe with descent food. Would stay there again

Amazing location and super clean hotel absolutely loved our stay

8/10 Very good

Location is excellent, however I don’t feel the price reflects the service. Barely saw a doorman, no offer to help with luggage to the room, had to ask for my room to be serviced as it still hadn’t been done at 4pm. For the price charged it should be a higher level of service. The bed was comfy, and cot was provided for my baby which was a good size.

4/10 Fair

Slightly spooky dark lift and then dark corridor led to a noisy bedroom ( both street noise and the corridor itself ) which feels a bit worn and was also so dark needed to use a torch to open the safe. Bed not comfy. Staff lovely. Breakfast excellent.

Level of service in this unusual design hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly and ready to help promptly in an efficient manner. Room service ordering is very convenient and delivered fast through their digital system which offers an extensive choice. Minimalist decor in the room and ethereal atmosphere.

Great location, close to shops, entertainment and the theater is just a short 5 minute walk away, once you know where you're going. The room was basic, nothing luxurious about it, but the shower pressure was awesome.
