Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. Nice toiletries and great homemade cookies. The food was excellent at night and breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. Only downside was the drinks were extortionate; how can you justify £16 for a large glass of pinot blush???

A quality hotel with great facilities including golf and a spa. The staff are exceptional and friendly and helpful. The food is first rate and the Indian executive chef delivers among the best curries I've ever had. The rest of the menu is pretty good as well.

Lovely room, nice outlook and outdoor seating. Big comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Good choice of quality food at breakfast. Dined in Mint restaurant, food very nice! Great golf course, well maintained despite the current very dry weather, greens were in great condition!! Fantastic views of surrounding countryside! In a great location for visiting Tewkesbury Abbey and town centre. Plenty of free parking at hotel, which is a bonus, as quite easy to walk into Tewkesbury. One thing that could be improved is more obvious and improved signage on the Deerpark walk. Map helpful but little or no signage on the actual route. Didnt get chance to use the indoor swimming pool but it looked good and also had an outdoor jaccuzi and sunbed/seating area. All in all we had a lovely two day stay!

Our expectations weren’t high because this hotel was so reasonably priced, but The Tewkesbury Lodge was a pleasant surprise—the most beautiful place, with spacious rooms, helpful, friendly staff and delicious food, both at breakfast and at night. We constantly marveled at the views and the beautiful gardens, as well as the perfectly maintained golf course. Only downside was no elevators and no air conditioning, so just fix that by asking for a ground floor room and a fan. Definitely will return. Thank you for a lovely stay!!
