Overall good experience. The staff were very polite and helped us with our requests. The gym was nice. The pools do need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the kids activities area was closed due to renovations according to the front desk. I wish that would have been disclosed prior to booking.

The property itself was nice with a spectacular view. The hotel room is in need of updating and the carpet in room needs professional steam-cleaning or to be replaced as there were stains throughout the entire room.

Outdoor pool and slide was great for our child as well as the family fun zone. Next time we’d like to book a cabana and spa, which they had great deals on, seemed to get values worth.

This is a great location for a resort right on the river with great outdoor pools and views and restaurants and bar. There is a children’s pool with a large slide and 3 levels of adult pools with a swim up bar. The hotel could use a little updating and paint. Housekeeping was a little absent.

I absolutely loved the location, and the amenities were amazing and so was the staff . The room needed to be deep cleaned a little bit a.k.a. the curtains. They had a lot of dark stains and could’ve been probably easily cleaned.

8/10 Very good

We had an amazing stay at Lakeway Resort & Spa! The entire property was beautiful, well maintained, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. We especially loved the adult pool which it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the views. The only minor downside was the $25 resort credit. We weren’t informed that bar purchases would automatically be charged to our room, so a little more communication about how the credit worked would have been helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great time to visit off season, felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. All staff friendly and attentive.

4/10 Fair

When we first arrived, the room had a stained carpet, dirty pillows, and stained towels; we were moved to another room, but that one had insects and a very noisy air conditioner, so we didn't sleep the first night. Despite that, the staff were understanding and looked for a way to help us—especially the manager.
