We used to stay here when it was The Granduca, I’m so glad I recognized it under its new name. It’s a quiet, and stately hotel perched on an Austin hill. The location is perfect for feeling a little secluded and pampered, yet a very short drive from great trails the next morning. We were relieved to see that the high end decor remains, and it did not feel old or worn out, because the cabinetry in the rooms and bathrooms were all crafted so well. It provides a nice European backdrop. This was a quick trip for us and we did not use the dining or swimming or spa amenities but it all appeared top notch! We will most definitely return.
