4/10 Fair

The room was a bit dingy and had poor ventilation. The bathroom was clean but it was very warm in there all the time. The bed was clean but the floors and other fixtures/amenities in the room were dusty and dirty. I believe things may have been under construction so that may have been part of the issue. It was in a great location for us but I don’t know that I would stay here again if the hotel is still in the same condition.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was great in terms of locations and customer service. The hotel had lots of stores, restaurants & the train station at walking distance. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were somewhat difficult to find as you had to make lots of ups & downs & turns. Our friends had to stay in the rooms over across the street from the reception.

AC was ´ok’ rooms were clean and cozy. Appreciate the in room safe. Stayed 3 nights and we would go back. Hotel is less than 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Breakfast buffet is above average.

Lovely, clean, comfortable room in an ideal location for our stay. Lovely, welcoming staff and excellent customer service. The breakfast was nice too, and regularly replaced items made it hot and fresh. Would recommend staying here again.

6/10 Good

Room comfortable - but across the road. Less than 12 inches between end of bed and TV/wall to make use of whole room. Shower room was good. Not worth £140 per night

10/10 Exceptional

The property is in a great location with them, walking distance from the train station and tons of places to eat and shop. My room was ready so I was able to get an early check-in and the room was very nice. I had to leave early for the airport and the wait staff at the restaurant was a little hesitant to packing a Takeaway breakfast for me, and kept telling me that they could not give me anything to go, but one of the male employees was very helpful and asked me what items I wanted and was very good at packing everything up and giving it to me and sending me on my way. I appreciate it that.
