Nice large room, comfortable bed. The elevator was broken for most of our 3-night stay, and the living room TV kept cutting out, but otherwise everything was lovely!

4/10 Fair

The hallway smelled like wet dog. The bed was very soft and collapsed in the middle. The bathroom floor got soaked every time we showered. The wifi in my room didn't require a password, but it also didn't provide internet connection. The room was clean. The staff was mixed, some were friendly and helpful, others ignored us.

Nice staff and room, good breakfast, but our room card messed up 5 times, and the pool area left a lot to be desired

8/10 Very good

This hotel has been partially updated so sections are nice and some are a bit run down. The room was very nice (5/5), and the staff was very helpful. There is a terrible odor in the lobby and in the halls that just made the visit a little less enjoyable. Breakfast was good. Again, the staff was helpful down to the breakfast attendants.
