This is a very tiny room. Doesn’t even have a luggage rack or place to put one. That being said the bathroom was efficient the bed was comfortable the place was clean the staff helpful and the location excellent - 1/2 mile to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express train. Be at the airport in 30 minutes. We stayed one night before we flew home. Wouldn’t stay longer than overnight because there is no room to unpack and get settled!

Our family of five recently spent a week in London at the Hilton London Metropole. We had a fabulous time! Amir helpfully emailed with us before our trip. Omar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, The breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money! Vasimin oversaw each morning's delicious breakfast and was friendly and kind every day! This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room. I would definitely stay here again.
