Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too.

6/10 Good

Room was quiet and comfortable. The adjacency to the tube stop is great. Lack of service staff for assistance with bags and cabs was very annoying.
