Brilliant stay, booked an extra night because we liked the hotel so much. Would definitely stay again for the price. Not bad at all for a ibis budget, the breakfast wasn’t bad and reasonable price for a few cooked items that you help yourself to and some fruits, toast, etc, wasn’t bad at all really. The hotel was in a convenient location 30 mins drive to Peak District, super cheap and decent rooms, great bathroom with a powerful shower. Staff fairly friendly, approachable and I really enjoyed my stay here.

It was clean, loved the full length window. I have 4 stars because instead of the TV being directly in front of me while lying on the bed, it was instead positioned on the side wall - so I had to sit on the edge of the bed to watch TV. I would have preferred to have the TV directly ahead of me while lying down. However, I would stay here again as it is so reasonably priced and clean.

Clean but austere room, could do with some furniture as it was large but empty and would have liked somewhere to put my clothes and suitcase, same with the bathroom, nothing in there to put your stuff on; small shelf or something would have been fine. Wet room was okay but the floor unfortunately allows the water to flow over to the toilet side and not drain away which was a bit awkward. Good AC, comfy bed. Nice small restaurant with a very basic breakfast, would have liked some veggie options rather than just eggs and beans! Clean and smart. Friendly enough staff.
