Location was great. Room was ready an hour early. They gave us treats upon check in and then later brought us warm cookies. Complimentary water (still and sparkling) was waiting in the room. The air conditioner worked great!

Not a good experience. This building sit on top of two underground lines and you can really feel it. 3rd floor was shaking, 5th floor as well. Needed to upgrade to 9th floor and still could feel it, along with traffic outside.

Pretty good stay overall though a few features a little tired. Horrified however to see a mouse (possibly 2) running through the lobby restaurant by the way window while having a drink there one evening. Mentioned it on check out and was told ‘terribly sorry about that sir’ but no details requested, would have expected much more concern about this.
