The room was nice and spacious but the bathroom looked dated specially the door. We pulled the beds together because we had children with us and where the bed was it was very dirty on the floor we found the an old dried cheeto under the bed which was not pleasant. The amenities were really good we really enjoyed the swimming pool, steam and sauna. Breakfast service was good and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. The views from the room over the castle were also really nice.

She did an excellent job and went out of her way to help me out on multiple occasions during my week’s stay at the hotel. These included answering many questions, placing me in a well-located room upon arrival (different from the "assigned room"), and facilitating future reservations at your hotel. She is an ideal person to welcome people to your hotel due to her knowledge and sunny disposition – recognizing that many guests (myself included) are exhausted after strenuous and stressful travel to Cardiff (transatlantic flight!)
