A really lovely little hotel with a very British interior and friendly staff. The room was small but very cozy, and it was great to have coffee/tea facilities and a fridge. Close to the Underground. The breakfast was okay, but a bit uninspiring with simple, slightly cheap options in the buffet, and the staff struggled to keep up when it was full.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for visiting the Natural History Museum and the Kensington area. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room a good size, very clean, air conditioning, toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles water. Window blinds didn't really cover the full window hence only 4 stars instead of 5 but maybe I'm being a bit picky. Would stay again.

This was a nice place to say for five nights in London. It is a more affordable option than being within walking distance of a lot of attractions. You get a lot more for your money here. The room was large and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good (we got the continental option and upgraded once to the full English breakfast). The staff was friendly. The neighborhood is nice with some restaurants in walking distance, but most importantly, it is very close a a Tube station with three different lines, so getting around was easy. The only negative was the bathroom wasn't great.

A small and nice hotel, perfect located, 5 minutes walk to the subway. The building is well maintained, clean and properly clean. Aircondition worked very well, the room was quiet and the cleaning was spotless. We got the room a while, 2-3 months in advance, the prices has been adjusted since that. The hotel is sold to a big company, that might be ine reasin to the increase. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend the hotel

This hotel is located in a neighbourhood that is close to shops and restaurants little places to get food and it is and it is really close to Gloucester Station the underground that connects you very quickly to central London. It’s very close to the natural history museum, which is great for kids.

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and our room felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also excellent and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Everything about the hotel contributed to a relaxing and convenient visit. The only minor suggestion would be to update the information regarding room service, as it appears that this is no longer offered. Aside from that small detail, our stay was fantastic. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.

The Ashburn is a boutique hotel beautifully located and maintained with great traditional taste and comfort. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The only limitation is the high side of the bathtub which is difficult to step over.

The hotel retains its nice period design while updating bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortably. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only criticism is that the high side of the bathtub makes it very difficult to access.
