Booked this hotel for a weekend stay in London with the wife and toddler. Excellent location, friendly staff, good room, decent breakfast. Only little bits which let it down slightly was the painfully slow check in, we had requested a baby cot but instead they gave us a single bed (rectified immediately when we let them know), and breakfast variety wasn’t brilliant for a 2 year old.

Overall an okay experience, however I would have liked that it was more clear that the hotel is basically on the train tracks, and even though we were on the ninth floor, it was quite noisy. The beds are super tiny for two people, and the room had adjoining doors with the neighbour room. We had to pay the hotel 5 pounds for them to store our luggage, which I find very odd. I have never been charged for that at any other hotel. The location is nice, with lots of restaurants and shops around the corner as well as easy access with the tram to the city centre.
