We had a refreshing break at The Londoner! Very clean and the staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was lovely but I found the room quite small and tables too close to each other making it difficult to move around. Getting breakfast in the room the next day was a much better choice and it was beautifully presented and delicious. Room was cleaned well and turndown service was also done in the evening which was a pleasant surprise. This might sound strange but the warm toilet seat with automated cleaning function and water sprays was just marvellous! Wonderful power shower in the bathroom too. The bed was so comfortable you could just sink in and the pillows were fluffy. We had a city view room and could see all the major landmarks of London city . Overall a wonderful hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
