Was a mix up on booking. Hotel.com messed up the upgrade, but staff member sorted it out and we ended up with a junior suite. It was gorgeous clean and had lots of little extras. Bottle of prosecco, biscuits premium coffee machine and 2 60" telly's. Fantastic walk in shower and also a roll top bath plus a huge king-size bed. We had a fabulous time.

Excellent hotel. Location for the station could not be improved. We were upgraded to a lovely room which was spacious and clean. The hotel is not perfect but I love that, as it feels like a ‘real hotel’ with character. Breakfast was very good in a large room overlooking the garden. The evening meal was of a high standard. The garden needs addressing under the trees where the sun canopy was covered in bird poo, this let the beautiful space down. The staff were all very professional and helpful.
