I love this hotel; the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. Although we eat out a lot, we had some nice bar food there. We will definitely be staying there again. It’s conveniently next to the town and the train station. The only reason I didn’t give it a five-star rating was the cost of the parking, £29.50 per day, which is absolutely ridiculously high for parking.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast was worth the money and we enjoyed the amenities of the pool and the gym. The bedroom was really nice with a lovely huge bed! Would 100% stay again and recommend

Everyone was very helpful. The 3 exits made life easy coming from the station or being picked up. My single room was spacious but a chair would have been useful. Friends came for a meal and we all agreed the choice was good, food was delicious and the staff were very patient.

I usually stay in cheap hotels but this one was rather elegant, and even had a 13-meter pool. It’s right next door to the train station and fairly close to the Minster. Definitely recommend!

Amazing room and the best shower I have ever had. Breakfast is nice, it's a standard hotel buffet but no menu and not the highest quality items. Probably not worth the money. Be aware you do have to pay for parking and it's £29 for 24hrs! Better off parking in the station long stay.
