I’m a regular at the Landmark but this is the first time I had a room upgrade. The suite was very impressive so I enjoyed my stay even more than usual. Dinner in the winter garden never disappoints either. Great staff, great hotel, will be back again soon!

We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, who knew we had dtayed before, met our request for a high floor and confirmed we had a room upgrade. Excellent!
The hotel is beautiful hence our return. Our room was large, clean, warm with comfortable bed and most things ypu would expect from a 5 star except a stocked mini bar.
We had lovely drinks in the champagne bar and our waitress was lovely.
We had room service, which whilst was expensive, came within the allotted time and was tasty.
Unfortunately we had a rude family with young children racing up and down the corridor until gone midnight and the acoustics into the main palm court area are weak so you cant sleep until the dinner service has completed. The last time was stayed we faced the roadwhich was strangely quieter and we didnt have other rude guests disturbing our sleep.
