It was my second time staying at NH. Overall the service is good but the room was dusty and not cleaned properly. My colleague had the same issue with the room being dusty. The curtains need changing because they are very old.

The furniture in the room is very shaby. The personnel at the reception is incompetent. No real espresso coffee, just machine made coffee. Very small selection at breakfast. When we complained about the sauna not being ready, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and let us know that he did not care at all. We asked upon arrival (Thursday afternoon) whether reservation was necessary for the sauna and were told that we could use it it any time w/o reservation. Friday evening we contacted the reception again and asked whether we could use the sauna from 8 A.M. on Saturday. We were promised they would switch it on by that time. We called and asked at 8 A.M. on Saturday whether the sauna was ready but it was not. They asked for one hour. We went to the sauna at 9 A.M. and was still not switched on. As we could not stay longer, we finally had to skip the sauna although the availability of the sauna was the top reason why we had chosen that hotel.

El hotel en si está bien limpio y la recepción perfecta y con muchos servicios para que sea agradable, lo único es que no te limpian la habitación hasta el cuarto día, éramos tres adultos en la habitación y no me parece correcto tenía las papeleras y las toallas que necesitaban un cambio.

Fique no mesmo hotel antes em um quarto melhor e dessa vez em um quarto standard, impressionada com a diferença. Não tinha amenities no banheiro, o ar condicionado não funcionou a noite inteira, enviaram uma pessoa pela manhã para fazer o reparo e ele disse claramente que o ar não estava dando conta do resfriamento porque o quarto era voltado para o Sol mas como eu só tinha uma diária não iria adiantar ele tentar fazer o reparo, nada foi feito! A noite estava com meu marido e amigos no lobby do hotel quando uma pessoa extremamente bebada tentou nos abordar falando coisas sem nexo, pedi ajuda e o barman o abraçou o chamou pelo nome ALEX e o levou para fora do hotel. Não entendi porque pessoas que não são hóspedes estavam no bar do hotel consumindo e naquele estado, me pareceu que era conhecido do barman por tê-lo chamado pelo nome. Claramente só fiquem nesse hotel se for nos quartos mais caros porque eles fazem muita diferença entre eles e os mais simples não valem a pena.
