Excellent stay at a new hotel. Especially appreciated letting us check in a little early! Right across the street from the Riverwalk attraction and bus stops for the WeGo bus is right out front. About a 10 minute drive or bus ride down to the Falls and all of the action.

The room was clean and well made up when we arrived. The shower floor had a crack in the resin which had only been repaired with waterproof tape. The floor should have been repaired properly. The microwave lacked much power. The staff was attentive when we arrived and when we requested extra dishes and towels. Breakfast was great.

Love this property. Only downfall is that it’s a 40 minute walk to Clifton hill but we found parking for $10 close by. Clean, friendly and good breakfast. I would definitely book again.

Perfect for family trip with flex to cook

Large room with well equipped kitchenette with big fridge freezer. Inc breakfast which was more than adequate something hot (bacon one day sausage the next with eggs ) cereal variety and bread muffins etc. great location for exploring niagora on the Canada side but far enough away from the tacky centre. You can bus from here but we choose to drive and parked by journey behind the falls

Room was comfortable, the kitchenette was handy with a full sized refrigerator that was able to keep all the fresh fruit we bought from local farmers. The Breakfast was good, although we felt the "bold coffee" was watered down and barley "bold". The main drawback is there are no decent restaurants within walking distance.
