El hotel es bonito y todo limpio. Lo único que puedo decir es que pedimos un bowl de fruta para niño y la fruta estaba toda fea, no era del día Los frutos rojos en los hot cakes igual, fruta descompuesta!
I like the hotel, but the heater/AC was in front of the bed in the upper wall which make it difficult to breathe. I didn't like the tv and more info should be written in room .Great customer service. I give it 3 star because of the heater. I won't be back there.
The room was very very clean. The hotel had good covid precautions. Lots of signs and the guys helping with the elevators was great, also the info about busy elevator times Was good to know. The fire alarm went off very early in the morning, then the evacuation alarm, we were on the 30th floor so that wasn’t great.
Booked for 5 nights and 6 days in what was supposed to be non smoking tower. On our third night, cigarette and weed smoke was coming through our vents to the point that the bathroom was hazy with smoke. They sent security up who said they couldn't do anything for the privacy of the other guests and accused us of smoking in the room.. Front desk

Worst management and hotel I have seen ever, dirty, old furnitures , no people to clear or serve! I have Gold member ship in hilton but it is useless , pooooor breakfast lacks of everything, general manager was also useless All in all, last time for sure, and biggest waste i made this year!

We paid for a nice suite, we got a 2 queen bed. We booked 2 nights and left after 1st night. The jet tub we reserved did not work, the tv / controller did not work. Was promised a breakfast included and booked with an agent on Expedia, that was not true either. Horrible experience
The restaurant was so clean and have changed a lot according to the COVID-19.
There was a loud noise in our room that sounded like a jack hammer. Room was discounted but no one came to inspect it or try to fix the problem. Had to stay in room for the only night we were there.
