The location is really good and walkable on some tourist spots, but the room is quite warm . You can adjust the temperature but only until 19 degrees, the area is secure though.

One night stay with 4 adults/4 children. Didn't spend much time in the room but the beds and layout was ideal for what we needed. Not much room to get ready but knew that when booking. Only issue was the air conditioning not working, it was boiling all night, no windows and 8 people in the room!

Simple and clean. Great shower. No washcloths. Comfortable beds. A bazillion restaurant@, theaters, shops, etc very nearby.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The room is clean and rather spacious. Air conditioning worked well. However, there are no shelves or cabinets for clothes, and no rack to dry towels which are changed only once in four days. Location is as good as it gets. I’d recommend staying at Zedwell Piccadilly for a short stay but not for nine nights like I did.

If you arrive before check-in time (which starts at 3:00 PM), you can get your room, but it costs £40. They can store your suitcase or bag for £15 per item. The bed isn't very good and is very low. Otherwise, it’s an okay place for a couple of nights and is very centrally located.

Hotel and room was very clean. check in and check was very easy and staff were on hand to support where needed. If you'd like to leave luggage in the hotels luggage hold, this will cost you £15 per day. Additionally it costs £40 for earlier check in. Unfortunately there were no facilities to make cups of tea

Totally functional room in central London and for the price you can’t really argue. Decent shower and comfortable bed and really quiet room. Towels were basic, i’d bring my own if i was staying there again. Only issue is the terrible signage around the hotel, dark cut out metal and difficult to read.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

beds and pillows were comfy, the rooms are quite dark, no windows, makes hard for staff to clean, a little bit dirty, showers, grout in the tile, tiles were loose etc... over, ok.. but needs maintenance for the floors... tiling asap...

hair was found in bed sheet, comfortable lighting system, best location around Piccadilly, quite, no window, slow or no ventilation system, no chair or table, able to open up 2 luggages in the 3 people room

Is great location. Right in heart of London. Easy walk to anything. Downside is have to heep water in sink or ypu get tp smell sewer gas, old plumbing. Sleeping on a mattress is very different, no beds just .mattress on floor. If you can't get up off floor will not be good, lol. Staff helpful and friendly.
