- The hotel has a great location and is a good one, but it doesn’t look like a 5-star hotel. The faucet in the sink was falling, and I was in the shower and there was no soap. On the second day, there was no hand soap either. The water in the shower is either too hot or too cold. The last night, I woke up in the middle of the night and there was no light at all. The people who work there are outstanding, but there’s no management.

This is a beautiful historic palace that has been reimagined as a modern classic hotel. The rooms are generously sized with beautiful bathrooms and Marble stone walls. The location is in the heart of the old city with its winding old streets and close to many of the museums and key historic attractions. The staff is really wonderful and make you feel special. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to describe how wonderful this hotel is. Although not inexpensive, not ridiculous either ….. and the nicest hotel experience we’ve ever had. The room (deluxe double room) was magical with a shower that was worth the whole price of the room….. best location in the entire city, rooftop lounge area with a view like a postcard. Staff was perfection (Alberto & Walid)….. nothing but perfection 😃

This hotel is so beautifully decorated with chic and modern interior design set right in the beautiful square. The staff were the most hospitable and friendly for our stay in Spain, we were given welcome drinks and the staff offered to ring up restaurants and provided food recommendation to us since we checked in very late. The room was so comfy with the double shower and the bed was firm and nice as well. We loved the hotel stay so much and regretted not dedicating more time to Valencia.

This is a fantastic property for a couple days in Valencia. Convenient location next to cathedral. The staff and service were impeccable. There is a rooftop terrace but no pool. The lounge bar and restaurant were very nice but expensive. The morning breakfast is 25Euro per person. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel and definitely lives up to 5 stars.
